FICI Grandes Superficies
FICI Grandes Superficies is an investment alternative that allows investors to participate in a diversified portfolio of income-generating commercial real estate assets through fund participation units. This fund is supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia.
Kiruna manages this fund since its incorporation (2018), and was selected by some of the country's leading institutional investors. The return (12 months) of the vehicle as of June cutoff, 2020 is 35.3% (e.a.).
