Our Approach

For over a decade, our primary focus has been to transform and maximize our clients' real estate investments. From 2013 to November 30, 2019, in co-management with Skandia, we increased the real estate assets under management of the Collective Investment Fund Comprar para Arrendar (CPA) from 37% to 90%, leading new real estate acquisitions for more than COP $450,000MM. Currently, we have a team of experts dedicated to offer innovative and strategic solutions in the real estate sector.

Kiruna Capital Partners is the founder and investor in the Healthcare Real Estate Fund (FIS), a private equity investment platform specializing in the acquisition and management of healthcare real estate assets in Colombia. Additionally, Kiruna Capital Partners is a shareholder in Colombian Healthcare Properties (CHP) www.chpre.co, a company established to manage FIS investments.

Kiruna was selected by the investors of FICI GS, primarily local pension funds (AFPs), as the manager for the repositioning and strategic management of its assets.

Collective Real Estate Investment Fund Comprar Para Arrendar (FICI CPA)

Kiruna, in a co-management agreement with Fiduciaria Skandia, led the growth and development of FICI CPA. On November 30, 2019, Kiruna Capital Partners sold its stake to Fiduciaria Skandia.

Nicolás Camacho

Investment Analyst

Nicolás, analyst, joined Kiruna in 2024.

His responsibilities include supporting the management of the FICI GS real estate fund, structuring real estate projects and providing financial advice in the sector.

Nicolás has extensive experience in business valuation and project analysis. Prior to joining Kiruna, he interned in the business valuation department of Ecopetrol's financial management, where he supported the team in the financial valuation of new businesses and designed a production cost projection tool for refined products at Reficar and the Barrancabermeja Refinery, improving the accuracy of the department's valuations.

Nicolás holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a minor in entrepreneurship from the same institution.
