Felipe Gil

Senior Investment Analyst

Felipe, analyst, joined Kiruna in 2023.

His responsibilities include the evaluation and structuring of real estate projects, as well as supporting the analysis and evaluation of new acquisitions for Kiruna Capital Partners' real estate portfolio.

Felipe has 3 years of experience in the real estate and construction sector. Before joining Kiruna he worked as a lean coordinator at Constructora Marval, during which he actively analyzed the performance of a portfolio of more than 65 real estate projects nationwide, as well as the analysis of new opportunities aimed at the continuous improvement of the organization and the creation of value for clients.

Felipe holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and completed the Financial Markets program at Yale University.

Felipe Pacheco

Partner

Felipe joined Kiruna in 2016, and since 2019 he has served as Kiruna's partner.

Felipe has more than 12 years of experience in the financial and legal structuring of real estate projects.

Felipe is the leader of Kiruna's team in charge of managing the Kiruna Real Estate FIC (FICI Large Cap), and for four years he was in charge of leading the management of the Skandia Buy-to-Let FICI. Among his responsibilities is the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic management of the assets owned by the investment funds managed by Kiruna.

Prior to joining Kiruna, Felipe served as project manager and structuring manager at Bancolombia. Felipe was also an associate at Brigard & Urrutia Abogados, being the lead lawyer advising Patrimonio Autónomo Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI) in all legal aspects of the fund, including the acquisition of real estate assets for more than COP $250,000MM. For 2 years, Felipe participated, as a guest, in the investment committee of PEI.

Additionally, Felipe has served as an Associate in the Innovative Finance team at the Rockefeller Foundation in New York, Financial Analyst at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Group) in Washington D.C., and Consultant at Constructora Pedro Gómez & Cía.

Felipe is an economist and lawyer from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) and holds a Master's degree in Finance from Columbia University in New York.

Germán Rojas

Founding Partner

Germán es socio y fundador de Kiruna Capital Partners (KCP), co-fundador de Colombian Healthcare Properties y co-fundador de Urbex (plataforma tecnológica inmobiliaria, enfocada a prestar soluciones a constructores, inversionistas y jugadores de la industria en general).

Germán played a key role as co-manager and key figure in the Comprar Para Arrendar (CPA) Real Estate Fund of Skandia, successfully repositioning it and achieving significant growth until November 2019, when Kiruna Capital Partners sold its management stake to Fiduciaria Skandia.

From 2007 to April 2013, he served as General Manager of PEI Asset Management and Country Manager of TC Latam.

From 2007 until his departure, Germán led the growth of PEI, increasing its assets under management to nearly COP $1 trillion and positioning it as one of the leading real estate vehicles in the country.

Before joining PEI Asset Management, he worked at AIG Global Real Estate and KBS Realty Advisors in New York. During this time, he actively participated in the structuring of various transactions in the United States and Mexico.

Germán is the Chairman of the Board of Colombian Healthcare Properties (CHP) www.chpre.co, a real estate investment platform focused on the acquisition and management of healthcare real estate investments in Colombia. Additionally, he is a member of the Investment Committee of FICI Desarrollo Colombia, a fund dedicated to the development and sale of residential projects in Colombia.

Germán is an architect from Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia) and holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development and a Master’s in Advanced Architectural Design, both from Columbia University (NY).
