- Preparation of a business plan for a real estate project, for which Kiruna conducts market studies, financial analysis, definition of the optimal capital structure and development of the architectural blueprint.
- Development and commercialization of real estate projects, for which Kiruna conducts land searches and consolidation, coordination and execution of all legal, technical, and managerial activities required for obtaining permits and licenses, commercial (sales) strategy definition, execution, and management, both in for-sale and for-lease projects, definition of optimal capital structure and procurement of both equity and debt financing, and project management.
