KIRUNA REAL ESTATE FUND

Kiruna Real Estate Fund is an investment alternative that allows investors to participate in a diversified portfolio of income-generating real estate commercial assets through the fund’s investment units. The Financial Superintendence of Colombia (local regulator) supervises the fund, Kiruna Capital Partners serves as the Fund’s Manager.

Kiruna was selected as the Fund’s Manager (since its constitution in 2018) through a lengthy competitive and stringent selection process by the Fund’s principal investors, which include most of the country’s principal institutional investors. 1-year IRR at June, 2020 corresponds to 35.3% (e.a.).
